Every interaction has been pleasant and appreciated.||||We also want to recognize the incredible leadership of hotel managers Alejandra and Jorge. It is obvious that they have built a culture of kindness, teamwork, and hospitality. That positive atmosphere is reflected in every department throughout the hotel.||||A huge thank you to Chuks in security, whose friendly presence always made us feel welcome and safe.||||The valet team deserves tremendous praise as well. Michael, Alex, and Justin were consistently courteous, efficient, and always greeted us with smiles. Positive: Staff was great with house keeping, as well as the bartenders ALL of them during Thurs to Sun afternoon to evening Negative: They must update the rooms the desk were stained and the rooms looks dated it doesn't compliment the lobby bar gym etc

The staff was absolutely amazing! Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and friendly throughout our stay. I was preparing for an exam, and Ms. Joanna and the front desk team went above and beyond by putting together a thoughtful care package filled with snacks to help me get through my studying. They were also cheering me on the whole time, which meant so much and made me feel incredibly supported.||My family and I always enjoy staying here, and this was actually our fifth time at this hotel. The exceptional hospitality and genuine care from the staff keep us coming back. We will definitely stay here again!

Her kindness, warmth, and professionalism made us feel welcome every single day. My wife and I have been coming in from the desert and spending every weekend here for the last month and a half due to consistently working in the city on the weekends and we are so happy that we decided to stay here. The hotel itself is super nice, feels super clean, modern, rooms clearly were renovated recently and they are bright, spacious, the bed is super comfortable w/ quality pillows ( this is important for me lol ), showers and bathrooms are super clean and nice, lobby is super nice, gym is a bit small but it has everything you need for a great session and the pool is super nice perfect for a drink and a dip after a workout! The location for us is fantastic, especially with playa vista right down the road which has a beautiful trail through a nature reserve, dog parks, sports fields etc etc.. Literally zero complaints about this hotel, and I don’t say that lightly. We are so excited to come here every weekend and are always so comfortable and happy here- but the real MVP is the entire staff team; the front desk staff, the valet guys, the housekeeping staff, everyone. It is so refreshing to stay at a hotel that clearly understands the value and importance of true traditional HOSPITALITY, and it does not go unnoticed. Honestly the team here are all so friendly and welcoming and kind and courteous it’s just such a pleasure interacting with them every time we’re here. We also travel with our two dogs and the staff really go out of their way to treat them like VIPs, always giving them a warm welcome with so many compliments and scratches and copious treats. Definitely have to give a special shout out to Miss Joanna and Sophia at the front desk, they both really go out of their way to make us feel welcomed like family here, they are big assets to the team. oh and Michael too! and many others lol We stayed here once and never even bothered to look for another hotel again, no need, this place hits all the marks and is very well priced! Also the restaurant and bar is great, delicious breakfast, had an amazing steak for dinner.. cold beer and great food what more can you ask for! 10/10! Kudos to the team here. 10/10 stay! We had such a wonderful experience here. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The valet team was amazing and always went the extra mile by opening doors and making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The hotel itself felt safe, clean, and family friendly, which was important since we were traveling with our daughter. Everyone we interacted with was so kind and welcoming. The location was also great for exploring Los Angeles. As anyone who’s visited LA knows, everything can be a bit of a drive, but this hotel was conveniently located and made getting around easy for us. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The room we got was spotless and so well decorated with modern furniture and accents, fresh linens, cold AC, and 100% blackout curtains, and decently soundproof windows so traffic noise was not an issue for our room. Amenities also include a jacuzzi, pool, and gym which are all kept in excellent condition. The front desk and concierge staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating from check in, as well as the bellman who helped us carry our suitcases up to the room. Housekeeping staff were amazing and always left the room feeling spotless. We enjoyed our stay while in the hotel and appreciate the wonderful customer service we received from the staff. The valet is another story… not once during our 4 day stay did they offer to open my door or help when I was struggling to load/offload multiple bags at the entrance. Even at check out they did not lift a finger to help there and not even so much as a “hope you enjoyed your stay” however did ask for our room number to charge us for overstaying the 15 minute parking limit. So much for a farewell.

My stay at this Hilton location was fantastic. The hotel is in a great location, and the lobby was clean, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. As an added bonus, they were showing World Cup games during my stay, which created a fun atmosphere. The property also offers a great restaurant, coffee bar, and lounge, and the swimming pool was lovely. While my room had a few minor issues, nothing was significant enough to detract from my overall experience or prevent me from staying here again. What truly made this stay exceptional was the outstanding staff. From the moment I arrived until the moment I checked out, everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. The valet team greeted me warmly and had already arranged for a bellhop to assist with my luggage. Jacob, the bellhop, went above and beyond to help my family and me get settled comfortably. The front desk staff were equally helpful throughout our stay. Finally, Sofia at the front desk made checkout a wonderful experience. She was kind, personable, and a true gem. We were also hosting an event at the hotel, and Santiago, Michelle, and Andrea were absolutely amazing. They were accommodating, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our event a success. If you're planning to host event here, you won't regret it. Overall, this was an excellent stay, and I look forward to planning another staycation here soon. Highly recommended!
